As of the census2 of 2000, there are 881 people, 404 households, and 239 families residing in the town. The population density is 285.8/km² (738.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 86.49% White, 0.00% Black or African American, 0.91% Native American, 0.45% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 10.56% from other races, and 1.59% from two or more races. 39.50% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
